According to TMZ.com, 40 Glocc accused his girlfriend of “playing him” and struck her several times in the face head and body.
40 Glocc is also accused of choking the woman several times, to the point that she could not breathe.
When 40 Glocc fell asleep, the unidentified woman called 911 and police arrived.
According to the police report, the officers noted bruises and swelling around the woman’s face, neck and body area and promptly arrested 40 Glocc.
The woman claims that 40 Glocc has been using her for over a year now, in incidents that include assault.
In one altercation, the woman claimed she was being beaten, handcuffed and placed in the trunk of a car.
The woman said she never went to police, because she was scared 40 Glocc would kill her.
40 Glocc was charged with domestic battery by strangulation and coercion by force.
Although TMZ.com reports that 40 Glocc is still being held behind bars, the rapper was on his Twitter account early this morning, stating that he was a free man in the Bronx, New York filming a video.
