Weezy is faded out his MIND . . . our guess is he's on some kind of pills. Weezy is currently on PAROLE - he is NOT ALLOWED to be high or drunk otherwise it's back to jail for him.
If we were Weezy we'd be drinking GALLONS of Cranberry juice and poppin GOLDEN SEAL pills like they were candy. Cause once his PO sees this tape . . . he's gonna get called in for a TEST!!!
