Kanye West's Lawyers Claim Adult Tape Was "Stolen"

Following reports that Kanye West was incensed over his sex tape being shopped to media outlets, West's lawyers have issued a cease and desist notice to anyone posting, advertising, marketing, or publicly displaying the video or images from the video. Evidently, the footage was stolen from Kanye's computer, making the tape illegally obtained and therefore unlawful to share. "Be advised that the screen shot, as well as the tape from which the screen shot was taken, were illegally obtained and believed to have been stolen from Mr. West's computer," said Kanye's lawyer Lisa Buckley. Buckley is also looking into what media outlets are working to purchase the footage, as several have offered up large sums already. We just may never see this tape...
