Though Chad Johnson used his head to head butt Evelyn Lozada, he definitely wasn't using his head. The altercation is now turning into a nightmare for the former NFL star, as it's caused him to lose his wife, his job with the Dolphins, and maybe even his freedom.
Because of a prior domestic violence charge in 2000, the misdemeanor Chad received for head butting Evelyn may be upgraded to a felony, which means he'll face up to a year in prison. The prosecution has to opt to upgrade the charge though, so we will see how they choose to treat the situation.
