According to XXLMag.com Nicki Minaj has decided to leave Diddy and James Cruz as her management team due to their lack of "hands on" approach to her career. Nicki has since moved on to HipHop since 1987 management team who also manages Kanye West, Drake, Jeezy and Just Blaze. Nicki has no hard feelings toward Diddy or James Cruz.
